CATHE amazed us! I called yesterday from FL. One of my employees lost his grandmother this week. He was not able to work today due to the service. After looking around online, I decided to CALL a local florist to deliver an arrangement to the Church. This was on behalf of our company. CATHE took the call and rolled out the red carpet service. I received a photo from my employee with the stunning arrangement. All pink and while as his grandmother loved.always pays to shop local, even “ long distance” local. I have already referred her to my coworkers in the area.

Excellent customer service. I wanted a tropical arrangement for my daughters birthday, placed the order online and shortly afterwards the owner called because she was unable to guarantee certain flowers I wanted. She promised to follow up the next morning with detailed choices and true to her word, she called me and I asked her to use her judgment. Long story short, a beautiful arrangement was delivered that day and it was a happy birthday. Thanks!

It's a great business, needs more promotions. I send flowers all the time. I would use this company more to support local business. Instead I use other companies they might have a better deal. I have sent flowers 8 times this month. I only used this company 2 times.

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers, Ftd did not deliver Sunday, Monday OR Tuesday. No reason given of why they didn’t deliver. Decided to skip using an internet based flower shop And Googled a local florist in Blue Island and Cathes popped up. Ordered through cathes website. Received a phone call within 15 minutes confirming what I wanted delivered. My mother in laws “Mother’s Day flowers” within 1 hour of me ordering from Cathes! WONDERFUL SERVICE! I will always order from there when I need flowers for the mother in law!!
